Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fiorelle. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery takes 5 to 12 business days.

Total Estimated Time

Counting processing and delivery, most orders arrive within 10 to 19 business days from the date of purchase.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, when available.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, weather or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us and we will help.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update it before your order ships.
